摘  要:设计了旋转机械振动监测实验台,通过实验采集了不同裂纹宽度的转子叶片裂纹振动信号,应用小波包分析技术对采集到的振动信号从低频到高频作4尺度小波分解,通过信号的小波包分析谱、信号的小波包分解频段细化图、信号频段小波重构波形对叶片裂纹扩展进行识别、分析,结果表明:叶片裂纹存在高频冲击,并且表现为轻微的颤动、裂纹扩展、振动加剧,当裂纹宽度为叶片宽度的一半时,裂纹迅速扩张,叶片很快断裂.这就为转子叶片裂纹故障的监测与诊断提供了依据.An experimental set supervising the vibration signals of rotary machine was designed. The vibration signals with blade cracks of different crack width were acquired. Analyzed technology of wavelet packet was applied to 4 measure wavelet decompositions of vibration signals which were collected from low-frequency to high-frequency. The spreading blade cracks were detected and analyzed byanalyzing spectrum of wavelet packet of signals, the graph of wavelet packet's decomposition frequency band, and reconfiguration of signals. The results indicated: The blade cracks are with high- frequency shock and little tremble; the vibration signals become severe with the cracks spreading. The crack spreads quickly when being with the half width of blade and the blade breaks quickly. It provides the foundation to supervise and diagnose the cracks of rotor blade.
