肺炎支原体肺炎患儿潮气呼吸肺功能的改变

摘　　要：目的探讨肺炎支原体(MP)肺炎患儿潮气呼吸肺功能的改变。方法35例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿采用V26max肺功能仪分别进行潮气呼吸和被动呼气测试,并记录参数。结果该组患儿肺功能通气指标VT/kg、TI/TE、TPTEF/TE、%V-PF、TEF25/PF都有明显下降,RrsSO增加,与正常学龄前儿童有显著性差异(P<0.05)。R-int、CrsSO、Palv与正常学龄前儿童没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论MP肺炎患儿通气功能障碍,气道黏膜受到损害,V26max肺功能仪能用来判断严重程度和指导临床治疗。Objective To explore the changes of tidal pulmonary function in paediatric patients of mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods Thirty five patients were measured and recorded the lung function parameters by V26max pulmonary function testing （PFT） machine. Results PFT ventilate parameters VT/kg, TI/TE, TPTEF/TE, % V-PF, TEF25/PF were significantly decreased while respiratory system resistance were significantly increased compared with healthy individuals （P 〈 0.05）. Other parameters such as R-int, CrsSO, Palv had no significant changes （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The ventilate function of patients is injured, the machine can be used to evaluate the grade of disease and guide clinical treatment.
