摘 要:研究开发了利用杂多酸脱除天然气中H2S并回收硫磺的新工艺实验结果表明,H2S的脱除效率与溶液酸度、杂多酸浓度、H2S浓度以及吸收温度、停留时间均有关系.吸收的最佳酸度为0.1kmol/m3H2SO4,此时H2S的去除率可达99%以上.通过对比纯硫磺和H2S转化物的热重分析和微分差热分析图谱,确证了在吸收过程中H2S被氧化为硫磺,杂多酸被还原为单电子杂多兰.杂多兰可被Cl2、Fe3+和NO2氧化而再生.A new process for H2S removal sulfur recovery from natural gas was developed.The process uses regenerable heteropoly acids, e.g, H4SiM12O40, H3AsMo12O40, H3AsMo12O40,H3PW12O40·xH2O, H3ASW12O40·xH2O; H3SiW40· H2O, etc, as absorbents . The process Was successfully tested in a chemo-absorption system consisting of4 single bubble reactors in series.The effect of the operating conditions, such as the solution acidity, absorbent concentration,H2S content in inlet gas, temperature and residence time were experimentally investigated. The results showed that the maximum H2S conversion could be obtained with the acidity being about 0.1kmol/m3 H2SO4. With the Increase ofabsorbent concentration, HZS conversion is increased.The chemical reaction between HPA and H2S is exothermic, and thus H2S conversion decreases with the increase of operating temperature. By comparing the TGA and DSC spectra of the solid product obtained with those of pure sulfur samples, it was confirmed that the reaction products are solid sulfur, heteropoly blue and water. The heteropoly solution formed can be quickly oxidized to become heteropotr yellow by oxidants such as NO2; Fe3+; Cl2, etc. The salient feature of the present process is that it integrates H2S removal and sulfur recovery into a single process and the absorbets can be easily regenerated for recycling. The success of the present work suggests an alternative wy for naturalgas pretreatment.
