摘 要:通过对我国著名风景名胜区———张家界进行实证研究,以期寻求“旅游地生命周期理论”较好的运用途径,为张家界旅游开发提供理论依据。根据对张家界旅游地生命周期的考察、分析,划分和概述了旅游地生命周期的阶段及其特征,认为影响张家界旅游发展的因素主要有环境因素、竞争因素、管理因素,并有针对性地提出了处在发展阶段的张家界旅游开发策略:一要突出生态主题;二要增加旅游产品的文化内涵;三要加强市场营销手段。A demonstration study on Zhangjiajie, a famous scenic spot in China, is made to seek an exercisable approach to the theory of resort's life cycle in order to provide an academic support for Zhangjiajie's tourism development. Based on the field survey and statistical analysis of the number of visitors in past years, some results are obtained. It is shown that Zhangjiajie is being at the development stage of resort's life cycle. Some factors of environment, competition, administration, etc, which affect Zhangjiajie's tourism development, are discussed. Particularly, more attention is paid to the problems such as the urbanization and the environment pollution of the scenic spot; the competition from the circumjacent resorts, and the ambiguity of the administration system. Strategy for tourism development of Zhangjiajie is brought forward, which includes three aspects: 1. lay stress on ecological theme and protect the ecological environment of the scenic spot; 2. enhance the culture connotation of tour products; 3. strengthen the marketing, the propaganda, the brand effects, and the inter-regional cooperation.
