摘 要:多相同步电动机用作舰船的推进电机有着广泛的应用前景。以十二相同步电动机系统为例,从十二相交-交变频器输出谐波电压入手,分析推导了交-交变频十二相同步电动机调速系统输出谐波转矩的解析计算公式。通过一个具体算例,计算得到了其主要次谐波的频谱,结果表明,其谐波转矩近似为零。理论计算结果得到了仿真和试验的验证,仿真和试验结果均表明,交-交变频十二相同步电动机调速系统转矩谐波情况比三相系统有了很大改善。Polyphase synchronous motors used in ship propelling have a broad application foreground. For the example of 12-phase synchronous motor, the expression of output harmonic voltage of 12-phase 6-pulse cycloconverter is achieved and the analytic calculating equation on harmonic torque of the speed regulating control system with cycloconverter-fed synchronous motor is obtained for the first time. The main harmonic spectrum of an actual example is gained by this equation and the result denotes that the harmonic torque is approximately zero. The calculations are validated by simulation and experiment results. Both the simulation results and experimental ones denote the speed regulating control system with cycloconverter-fed 12-phase synchronous motor has much less harmonic electromagnetic torque than a 3-phase one.
