摘  要:研究了在陶瓷粉体上以联氨作还原剂化学镀包覆金属Co.对包覆后的样品进行了SEM、XRD、EDX、磁性能、吸波性能分析.结果表明,在陶瓷粉体表面包覆的钴呈球状,包覆比较均匀,颗粒分散性较好,为体心六方结构.钴在整个陶瓷粉体中质量分数为65.81%,摩尔分数为40.83%;镀钴后样品的饱和磁化率为32.549 emu/g,矫顽力为137.08 Oe,剩磁为2.976 6 emu/g.包覆后粉体在9.6~12 GHz频率范围内对电磁波的吸收率大于5 dB.Electroless plating of cobalt on the ceramic powder surface was performed using hydrazine as reducing agent. The Co-coated ceramic powders were characterized by SEM, XRD,energy dispersive Xray detector, vibrating sample magnetometer and microwave network analyzer. The results indicated that the structure of spherical cobalt particles on the ceramic powders is hexagonal and the content of cobalt is 65.81%. The magnetization, the coercivity and the retentivity are 32. 549 emu/g, 137.08 Oe and 2. 9766 emu/g, respectively. The microwave absorptivity of the powder exceeds 5 dB in the range of 9. 6 - 12 GHz.
