摘  要:采用助熔剂法生长了Ho3+,Yb3+共掺的Ho3+,Yb3+:YAl3(BO3)4(Ho,Yb:YAB)晶体,测量了晶体的室温吸收谱,进而根据Judd-Ofelt(J-O)理论计算了Ho3+在Ho,Yb:YAB晶体中的强度参数、自发辐射几率和积分发射截面等参数,得到强度参数为Ω2=1.50639×10-18cm2、Ω4=4.86489×10-19cm2和Ω6=1.40248×10-19cm2。研究了晶体的荧光特性,并在976 nm激光泵浦下得到了上转换绿色荧光。Single crystal of Ho^3+, ytterbium-codoped yttrium aluminum tetraborate Ho^3+, Yb^3+: YAl3 (BO3)4 (Ho, Yb:YAB) has been grown by the flux method. The absorption spectra in the visible and NIR regions of Ho,Yb:YAB crystal were measured at room temperature;we calculated the intensity parameters, the spontaneous emission probabilities and stimulated emission cross sections of Ho^3+ in Ho,Yb:YAB crystal by Judd-Ofelt(J-O) theory. The fluorescence spectra of Ho,Yb:YAB crystal were also measured at room temperature excited by 976 nm laser. The strong NIR emission peaks located at 1 921 nm was observed,and the visible up-conversion luminescence has been found.
