摘　　要：首先简单地介绍了基于COM/DCOM的管控一体化解决方案面临的问题;然后介绍了新一代OPC规范“OPCXML-DA”和相关技术:XMLWebServices;然后重点放在构造基于XMLWebServices的管控一体化解决方案的推出,最后简单地探讨了OPCXML-DA服务器的实现。First simply introduced the problem of the solution of control and management integration based on COM/DCOM：and introduced the new generation of OPC speeifieation-＂OPC XML-DA＂and the related technology：XML Web Services：and then introduced the solution of control and management integration based on XML Web Services.finally has simply discussed the implementation of OPC XML-DA server.
