摘　　要：对我国开始启动发电侧电力市场初期电力工业存在的问题进行了分析,提出了这个阶段上网电价制定的原则,并探讨了适应初期发电侧市场的上网电价的几种竞价模式,并就上网电价的具体确定方法和特点进行了总结。The paper has analysed thc existing problems in the electrical industry when the generation side electrical market is prepared to start-up in our country.and put forward the principle of forming generation sale price in this period,and discussed several competition model which is adapted to the generation sale price in the beginning of the generation side electrical market,and summarized the special forming ways and characteristics of the generation sale price.
