摘　　要：建筑智能化系统(弱电系统)的用户需求分析在智能大厦的建设过程中,是十分关键的一个阶段。本文借鉴了大型软件开发在需求分析阶段的经验,针对智能大厦弱电系统的特点,对用户需求分析的各个子阶段进行详细地设计,提出了一种规范、高效、实用的用户需求分析方法。User＇s requirements analysis of intelligent building system is a key stage in its construction. Corresponding to the characteristics of intelligent building, this article using the experiences of requirements analysis in large scale software development for reference, designs all of the child stages of the user＇s requirements analysis in detail, and provides a normative, efficient and practical means for it.
