治疗男性支原体尿道炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较阿奇霉素与奥复星治疗男性支原体尿道炎疗效,并观察其安全性。方法:108例非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)男性患者,随机分为2组,阿奇霉素治疗组68例,奥复星治疗组40例。阿奇霉素治疗组:口服阿奇霉素500mg/d,1次/d;奥复星治疗组:口服奥复星500mg/d,3次/d。结果:随着疗程延长,总有效率明显提高:阿奇霉素治疗组从83·8%提高到94·1%,奥复星治疗组从42·6%提高到67·5%;而且阿奇霉素治疗组的有效率明显高于奥复星治疗组(P<0·01)。结论:治疗男性支原体尿道炎要有足够疗程,要首选敏感药物阿奇霉素。Objective： To compare the clinical therapeutic effect and security between Azithromycin and Ofloxacin on mycoplasma urethritis in male. Methods：One hundred and eight patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group（68 cases） and the control group（40 cases）. The treatment group took Azithromycin 500mg daily, while the control took Ofloxacin 500mg daily,. Results： The total effective rate of two groups were obviously achieved for the treatment group rose from 83.8% to 94. 1%, while the control group from 42.6% to 67.5% with the prolonged theraputic period. And the total effective rate in the treatment group was markedly higher than that in the control（ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： The prolonged period of therapy and sensitive drug adopted were the effective methods for treating non-gonococcal urethrits（NGU）.
