摘  要:综述了极高CO2浓度对耐受性藻类在生长、生理生化和分子水平上的影响,以及藻类适应极高CO2浓度的机理,并结合藻类生物技术分析了耐受性藻类在生物固碳领域的应用前景和途径.在此基础上,提出了一种利用藻类固定CO2以缓解日趋严重的温室效应的新思路.Greenhouse effect, mainly due to the increasing of CO2 in the atmosphere, has caused climate changes as well as many other negative environmental problems and it is drawing a lot of attention. This paper introduces the progresses made in the research of high-CO2-tolerant-algae, about which the growth, biophysical and biochemical status and the regulation on molecular levels were systematically studied under the extremely high CO2 condition. And it further discusses its application in CO2 sequestration strategy with the combination of bio-carbon fixation technology, and this new thought is very helpful for resdving the problems that the Greenhouse effect brings.
