不育男性精浆锌、果糖、中性α-1．4-糖苷酶含量的比较分析

摘　　要：我们检测了621例男性不育患者精浆锌、果糖、中性α-1．4-糖苷酶，并在各组之间作了比较。结果：（1）精子密度正常组、少精组与无精组锌含量有统计学上显著性差异（P〈0.001），无精组的精浆锌高于精子密度正常组和少精组；（2）精浆果糖各组间无统计学上显著性差异（P〉0.05）；（3）精液常规分析正常组、精子密度正常组和少精组精浆中性α-1．4-糖苷酶高于无精组（P〈0.05）。We survey the content of sperm plasm, zinic, fructose and neuterα - 1.4 - Glucosidase of the yeld male of 621 eases, and compare the results of different groups; Results： The content of zinc is notable different between the group with normal sperm density, the group with little sperm density and the group without sperm, and the content of zinie of the group without sperm is higher than the group with normal sperm density and the group with little sperm density（P〈0. 001 ） ; the content of sperm plasm is not notable different between the three groups（P〉0.05 ） ; the content of neuterα- 1.4 - Glucosidase of the group with normal sperm density and the group with little sperm density is higher than the group without sperm （P 〈 0.05）.
