摘　　要：以竞技健美操竞赛规则为依据,对跳跃类难度动作进行归纳并分类,从运动生物力学的角度对完成跳跃类难度动作的三个阶段进行分析,指出完成每一阶段的动作要求,并结合日常训练提出了自己的观点。According to the competition regulations of gymnastics, this essay classifies the jump maneuver and analyzes the maneuver from its three stages in biomechanics. It states requirements on each stage and advances original idea linking up routine training.
