摘　　要：最近关于我国的汇率制度有很多争论。我国强势的出口增长,对主要贸易伙伴国家扩大的市场份额和快速积累的外汇储备,都使人民币和美元挂钩的汇率制度是否会使人民币低估的问题复杂化。然而,估计一种货币的均衡汇率本身就是一个非常复杂的课题,尤其是像我国这样一个正在进行经济体制改革的发展中国家。The currency＇s value will be inexorably linked to the ongoing structural reforms of the economy, and will reflect further opening of domestic markets to foreign goods and services in line with World Trade Organization （WTO） commitments. Moreover, the medium - term movement of the exchange rate will depend on the nature and pace of liberalization of capital controls.This text analyzes actuality of RMB exchange rate and its foreground of appreciation in order to discuss the issue on reforming China＇s exchange rate regime.
