摘　　要：对消费进行宏观调控是稳定经济运行势态的需要。目前亟须对消费调控的主要手段、西方国家可借鉴的经验等方面进行研究,并针对国内消费调控的基本思路提出建议。Macro regulation and control on consumption is an important measure to stabilize economic situation. In this paper,major methods to regulate and control consumption and some successful experiences of the Western countries are discussed in detail. Moreover, some rationalization propsoals are given in view of existing domestic macro regulation and control demand on consumption.
