奶牛胚胎一步冷冻保存的研究

摘　　要：用ＦＳＨ－ＰＧＦ＿（２α）超排黑白花奶牛２２头，以非手术方法采得７～８日龄胚胎６８枚，其中４５枚胚胎用于一步冷冻试验。水浴解冻后共回收４０枚胚胎。用１．０ｍｏｌ／Ｌ蔗糖一步除去保护剂，胚胎形态完好率为９０％（３６／４０）；荧光染色阳性率为８７．５％（７／８）；体外培养发育率为７５％（６／８）；冻胚移植受体妊娠率为４３．５％（１０／２３）。Donor Holsteins were superovulated with FSH+PGF_(2α) and 68 em-bryos taken non-surgically at 7～8days.45 embryos of which were used for the one-stepfreezing experiment.After thrawed in water bath at 30～37℃,40 embryos were recov-ered,and washed with PBSS solution of 1.0 mol/L sucrose to remove the glycerol off.The rate of the Morphological lntact embryos(MIES)was 90%(36/40);the postiverate of fluoresce staining 87.5%(7/8);the ectogenesis rate 75%(6/8);the Pregnancyrate of recipients 43.5%(10/23).
