摘　　要：先进的全自动生化分析仪,在酶的测定上,引入了一种新的分析法:弹性速率法,可以直接测定高活力的各种酶,使得仪器测定酶的可报告上限大大延伸。本文分析论述了酶的测定方法及弹性速率法。In measuring enzyme by using advanced automated chemistry analyzer, a new analytical method called flex rate method was introduced. This method can measure all sorts of high-active enzymes directly. It extends the upper limit of report greatly. We analyze this method of the measurement of enzyme and flex rate method as well.
