经阴道彩色多普勒超声对早期妊娠子宫螺旋动脉血流的研究

摘　　要：目的:建立早期妊娠子宫螺旋动脉血流参数的正常参考值范围。方法:经阴道彩色多普勒超声观测40例正常早期妊娠子宫螺旋动脉收缩期最大血流速度、舒张期最小血流速度、搏动指数、阻力指数和收缩/舒张末流速比,并进行统计分析。结果:早期妊娠子宫螺旋动脉均能良好地显示,呈现低阻高舒张期血流特征。结论:子宫螺旋动脉独特的生理学改变在早期妊娠评估中占有重要地位。Objective To provide normal hemodynamic parameters of uterine spiral artery in the early pregnant women. Methods The hemodynamic parameters including peak systolic velocity （PSV）, end diastolic velocity （EDV）, resistance index （RI）, pulsatility index （PI） and systolic/diastolic velocity ratio（S/D） of uterine spiral artery（SA） in 40 normal early pregnant women were studied by transvaginal color Doppler sonography. Result The flow mapping of SA in the early pregnant women was shown well, characterized by the higher EDV and the lower RI. Conclusion The changes of the SA hemodynamics are the most important features in the early pregnancy.
