维吾尔药槌果藤治疗银屑病的实验动物和临床观察

摘　　要：作者在应用维吾尔药槌果藤治疗硬皮病有效基础上治疗银屑病。从动物模型小白鼠尾鳞片出现粒细胞的百分率统计学处理,槌果藤各制剂均有不同的阳性率,以干药材及乙醇提取物最好,与维甲酸相仿,临床显示治疗银屑病较维甲酸优良。讨论了治疗过程局部加温的重要性。对治疗机制作了讨论,认为槌果藤是有希望的免疫调节剂。The authors had applied capparis spirrosa（ Uygur medicine）to treated scleroderma cases, due to got well effective foundation, topical used in psoriasis cases and experiment in white mice. Analysed the percent rate of the granualar cells appeared on squamouis slices of mice tails, through statistical managed, the authors discovered that all preparation had different position rates, dry Capparis Spirrosa and object alcohol extracted were the best, similar vetinoic acid, but clinical treatment effect Capparis Spirrosa were better than the latter one. After applied medicine the importance to warm lesion were discussed.. The authors believed that Capparis Spirrosa would an hopeful effective immune - regulation agent.
