在代用蛋壳中培养的鸡胚血浆碱性磷酸酶（ALP）的测定

摘　　要：将正常孵化７２ｈ的鸡胚转移到代用蛋壳内培养。鸡胚在非己的代用蛋壳中生长发育直至孵化。一部分表现出不同程度的缺钙症状。本实验测定了孵化至１７ｄ的鸡胚血浆ＡＬＰ活性，经ｔ检验，对照组和实验组的ＡＬＰ活性差异极显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明在代用蛋壳中培养的鸡胚体内缺钙引起ＡＬＰ代偿性增加。Chicken egg contents which removed from shell after 72h normal incubation weretransferred to the recipient egg shells.Embryos in reciptient shells were incubated untilhatching.Some of them indicated the lack of calcium.We designed this experiment totest the activity of blood plasma ALP of embryos survived for l7 days.Using t-test,wefound that the activity of ALP was high significant(P<0.01)between the experimentgroup and the control.This result showed that the lack of calciuln in embryos incuba-ted in recipient shells leaded to ALP compensatory increase.
