不同培养基对甘蓝型油菜花药和花粉培养的效应比较

摘　　要：甘蓝型油菜的花药和花粉分别在固体、液体和液固双层培养基上进行单倍体诱导的比较研究结果表明：花药培养效果优于花粉培养，其中以液固双层培养效果最好；在花粉培养中以液体浅层培养产生的胚状体最多．Abstract The comparetive study was carried out for anther and microspore cultures of Brassicu napus in solid,liquid and double layer medium. The results showed that anther culture was better than microspore culture,and the best result was gained from double layer medium. The large number of embryogenesis were obtained in the liquid medium from microspore culture.
