摘  要:本文以Al2O3和活性碳为原料,采用碳热还原法制备了氮化铝陶瓷粉末。通过对原料的DSC-TG及制备物XRD、SEM、EDAX的分析,表明该方法在较低的温度下即能制备出晶形发育完善、粒度均匀、纯度高的氮化铝陶瓷粉末,并对其反应机理进行了初步探讨。Aluminium nitride powder was prepared by prepared powder were analysised by DSC-TG、XRD、SEM and with well-developed crystal and homogenous granularity carbothermal reduction process. The raw materials and the EDAX. The results showed that pure aluminium nitride powder was prepared in rather low temperature through the process. The reaction mechanism of the preparation of aluminium nitride powder by carbothermal reduction process was also discussed.
