摘　　要：台商在祖国大陆直接投资始于20世纪80年代初,进入新世纪后呈现出一些新特点及趋势。本文从结构演变、进入模式、经营特征、跨界网络建构、投资效应及未来发展趋势等方面对台商大陆投资的理论研究进行梳理与回顾,以期对后续研究提供启示。From 1980s, Taiwan businessmen began to invest in mainland directly. There are some new trends and characteristics after 2000s. For the inspiration to future study, this paper cards and reviews the current study on direct investment on mainland by Taiwan businessmen, according to structure evolution, entrance model, management characteristics, construction of across-border net, investment effects and development trends.
