郑州市城市应急供水与应急生活供水定额研究

摘　　要：当黄河断流或严重污染造成无法正常供水时,郑州市应启动应急供水机制。参考城市生活用水定额及其他城市生活用水现状,制定城市应急生活用水定额,有助于科学地制订相应的应急供水方案。When the flow of the Yellow River breaks or when the serious pollution happens,we should strat the mechanism of emergency water supply to meet the shortage of water supply. The ability of emergency water supply of Zhengzhou was analysed in the paper. Referring to urban domestic water quotas and the status quotas of domestic water in other cities, emergency domestic water supply quotas is formulated, and corresponding emergency supply water schemes is suggested.
