摘　　要：目的:研究脂微球前列腺素E1(LipoPGE1)对2型糖尿病(T2DM)C-反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法:66例T2DM随机分为两组。用免疫比浊法,分别测定治疗前后血清CRP含量。结果:(1)两组患者的临床基本特征差异均无显著性。(2)两组患者血清CRP含量显著高于正常人(P<0.01)。(3)两组患者用药前及治疗两周后空腹及餐后2小时血糖差异无显著性,但治疗后比用降糖药前明显下降(P<0.01)。治疗前两组血清CRP未见差异,应用LipoPGE1两周后,CRP含量则明显降低(P<0.5)。结论:T2DM患者存在着血管内膜的慢性炎症反应。LipoPGE1不仅能直接扩张血管,还能间接减轻血管内膜的炎症反应,且这种改变不依赖于血糖的降低。Objective：To study the effect of lipoPGE1 on C-reactive protem（C-RP） in type 2 diabetes.Methods：66 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two group,namely lipoPGE1 group and danshen group.The content of C-RP before and after treatment was measured by immune turbidimetry respectively.Results：（1）There was no significant difference in the clinical manifestion between two group;（2）The content of C-RP in two groups was higher than that in normal person.（3）The difference of blood glucose of both fasting and postcibum（2 hours later）in two groups before and after treatment was insignifieant.Two weeks later, blood glucose declined significantly and so did the content of C-RP.Conelusion：The study shows that lipoPGE1 can significantly decrease C-RP concentration,which sugests that lipoPGE1 not only can directly distend blood vessel,but also can indirectly abate the inflammatory reaction of vascular intima and adjust the level of C-RP.
