经尿道微波结合按摩治疗无菌性前列腺炎40例

摘　　要：目的:寻找一种经济有效的治疗无菌性前列腺炎的方法。方法:选择前列腺液细菌培养阴性的前列腺炎患者120例,随机分为3组,各40例。分别为治疗组、对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组。治疗组应用经尿道微波加前列腺按摩治疗,对照Ⅰ组应用单纯前列腺按摩治疗,对照Ⅱ组应用单纯经尿道微波治疗。每组每周治疗2次,共4周。治疗结束后根据患者的症状积分、尿流率、前列腺液常规的变化及有效率评价疗效,将治疗后结果与治疗前进行比较的同时还进行组间比较。结果:治疗后治疗组、对照Ⅰ、Ⅱ组症状量化积分、最大尿流率、平均尿流率、卵磷脂小体和白细胞计数的改善同治疗前相比差异均具有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组与对照Ⅰ、Ⅱ组之间除白细胞计数之外的上述指标差异也具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治愈率和总有效率治疗组与对照Ⅰ、Ⅱ组相比差异也具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道微波结合前列腺按摩治疗无菌性前列腺炎治愈率高,疗效优于单纯前列腺按摩或单纯经尿道微波治疗。Objective：To seek a good method to treat patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis.Methods：120 patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis were selected and divided into three groups randomly（treatment group,control group one and control group two）.Each group contained 40 patents.Transurethral microwave combined with massage was used to treat patients in treatment group.Massage was used to treat patients in control group one,tansurethral microwave was used to treat patients in control group two.Each group had twice treatments a week for four weeks.The changes of symptom index,Qmax,Qave,EPS routine were observod.The results were compared with which before treatment and we also compared the results after treatment between the treatment group and the two control groups.Results： After treatment the results of symptom index,Qmax,Qave,EPS routine of this three group were significantly different compared with those before treatment （P〈0.05）.The results after treatment were significantly different between the treatment group and the two control groups （P〈 0.05）except WBC count（P〉0.05）.The curative rate and the total efficient rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the two control groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Transuethral microwave combined with massage was a good method to treat patients with chronic nonbaeterial prostatitis.
