复方阿昔洛韦滴眼液的制备及质量控制

摘　　要：目的:研究复方阿昔洛韦滴眼液的制备及质量控制方法。方法:选择阿昔洛韦与盐酸洛美沙星组方,盐酸调节pH,0.1%氢氧化钠为溶剂。由于阿昔洛韦与盐酸洛美沙星的紫外吸收峰相互重迭,根据吸收度的加和性原则,通过测定复方滴眼液254nm及283nm处吸收度A阿+洛,分别计算出阿昔洛韦及盐酸洛美沙星的含量。结果:本制剂中主药阿昔洛韦平均回收率为100.20%,RSD=0.97%(n=6),盐酸洛美沙星平均回收率为101.43%,RSD=0.67%(n=6)。结论:该制剂制备工艺简单,质控方法简便可行,结果准确。Objective：To study the preparation of the compound aciclovir eye drop and its quality control.Methods：Aciclovir and lomefloxacin hydrochloride were used as basic remedy,HCl was used to control PH,0.1%NaOH was used as solutlon.Finally the contents of aciclovir and lomefloxacin hydrochloride were determined by UV-spectrophotometric method,the detecting wave lengths were 283nm and 254nm.Results：The average rate of recovery of aciclovir was 100.20% ,RSD=0.97% （n=6）. The average rate of recovery of lomefloxacin hydrochloride was 101.43% ,RSD=0.67% （n=6）.Conclusion：The preparation has a simple preparation technique and reliable quality control.
