固定汇率制下的经济政策的有效性分析

摘　　要：本文主要对固定汇率制度下经济政策的有效性进行了分析。国际上,外汇管理制度有两种,即固定汇率制度和浮动汇率制度,在不同的汇率制度下,经济政策(货币政策和财政政策)对宏观经济的各项指标的影响效果截然不同。我国采用的是资本不能自由流动的固定汇率制度,本文借助DD-AA模型对资本可自由流动和借助IS-LM模型对资本不可自由流动的固定汇率制度下的经济政策的有效性进行了分析。This article mainly makes an effective analysis of economic policies in the system of regular exchange rate. Internationally, there are two kinds of foreign currency management systems, System of regular exchange rate and system of floating exchange rate. In different systems of exchange rate, economic policies have various effects on the separate indexes of have various effects on the separate indexes of macroeconomics. In our country, We adopt the system of regular exchange re.ate in which capital can＇ t float freely. This article makes an effective analysis of economic policies with the help of the regular exchange rate of DD - AA model to capital＇ s non - circulation.
