摘　　要：比较分析了以Southern杂交技术、PCR及以重复序列为基础的3类分子标记技术。并对各种分子标记的优缺点及其在昆虫学上的应用进行了比较分析,分析探讨了分子生物学在昆虫学中的应用前景。Three types of molecular marker methods based on Southern hybridization, PCR and Sequence repeats, respectively were compared. The advantages, disadvantages and application of each method in entomology were listed. And the application prospects of molecular marker methods in entomology were also discussed.
