摘　　要：本文介绍了IP网管系统发展经历的三个阶段:维护管理工具、面向业务的综合网管和面向运维的综合网管,详细说明了驱动IP网管系统发展的两个核心因素,以及不同阶段IP网管的功能特点和发展趋势。在文章的最后,还总结了国内IP综合网管的现状,以及国内网管开发商在产品开发和提供方面的一些优势。This paper introduces the three periods of IP network management system ： supporting and management tool, integrate IP network management system for business, IP network management system for supporting and management, And this paper explains the two core factors of the IP network management system development, the different function and development trends of it. In the last, it summarizes the development and use of IP network management system in China, and the advantage of integration system provider of IP network management system.
