摘　　要：现代经济的迅速发展给传统民法确立的债权相对性原则带来了巨大的冲击。为了适应社会经济现实的需要,各国立法者使债权规范在某些相关领域突破了相对性的束缚,赋予债权以某些物权的效力,债权的效力呈扩张性的发展趋势。债权相对性的变化反映了私法社会化的趋势。The rapid development of the modem economy has brought enormous impact on creditor＇s rights relativity principle that the traditional civil law establishes. In order to meet the needs of social economic reality, the legislators of various countries make the creditor＇s rights norm break through the constraint of the relativity in some relevant fields, give creditor＇s rights with the effect of some real rights, make the effect of creditor＇ s rights present the expanding and develop. The change of the creditor＇s rights relativity has reflected the trend with socialized private law from certain aspect.
