摘 要:本试验采用盆栽试验方法,研究了改变源库比对花生叶片和根系衰老的影响。结果表明,随着库的减少,叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)和叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均升高,从而延缓叶片衰老;随着源的减少,以上生理指标均降低,而促进了叶片的衰老。无论减源还是减库,均可增加根系中可溶性蛋白含量,提高SOD、POD活性,延缓根系的衰老。The effects of changing the ratio of source and sink on leaf and root senescence in peanut were studied with pot-culture method. The results showed that with the getting rid of sink (flowers), the content of chlorophyll, net photosynthesis rate and the activity of peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catlase(CAT) in leaves were increased, so that the leaf senescence was delayed. With the getting rid of source(leaves), the above-mentioned physiological indexes were all decreased, and accelerating the leaf senescence. With the getting rid of leaves or flowers, the content of soluble protein and the activity of SOD and POD in roots were all increased, so the root senescence was delayed.
