摘　　要：绑架勒索案件具有一些不同于其他刑事案件的特点,犯罪嫌疑人在作案过程中反侦查手段使用较多。因此,加强对此类案件的特点及犯罪嫌疑人反侦查手段的研究,具有重要的现实意义。Currently, criminal case of kidnapping for ransom shows some new characteristics. When the criminals commit this kind of offence, they use many kinds of counter reconnaissance. Thus, enhancing the research of this new characteristics and counter reconnaissance will supply the guarantee in investigating this kind of criminal case.
