摘　　要：主要从业主的角度对零售租约租金计算的几种不同方式，分别作了分析，并提出了应当采取“双赢”的原则，以及不同情况下选用不同计算方式的利弊比较。From the pespetive of the owner,the author makes analysis on the different modes to calculate the retail rent, suggesting the ‘win-win＇ phrinciple be applied and comparing the advantages and disadvantages in different situations and by different calculation modes.
