摘 要:目的分析影响自体输血推广的因素,为血液管理工作提供理论依据。方法设计《关于自体输血的问卷调查》和《关于自体输血宣传资料》,对在沪部分居民进行调查及宣传、教育,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果在对自体输血的认识和认同情况上,被调查者性别间的差异无显著性(P>0.05),不同年龄、职业、学历以及是否有献血史和输血史的调查对象对自体输血的认识和认同情况的差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论社会各个部门(电视、广播、网络等媒体)有责任、有义务向市民宣传自体输血,政府部门也应采取适当措施鼓励自体输血。Objective To study the factors of impacting autohemotransfusion,and to provide basic data according for the work of blood management. Methods Investigations of autohemotransfusion were made on parts of the residents in Shanghai. Results There were no significant difference of cognition and identification on sex,but significant difference on age,occupation,academic career,history of devoting blood and blood transfusion. Conclusion Every societal departments (television, broadcast ,network and so on) have the responsibility and obligation to promote the development of autohemotransfusion,the goverment should adopt proper measures to encourage the inhabitants to accept autohemotransfusion.
