摘  要:就人格概念而言,伦理学上可分为个体人格和总体人格。新中国成立以来,体育教育注重总体人格而忽视个体人格的发展。这既有一定的政治原因,更有现代社会深层次的历史和经济原因。试在构建和谐社会的理念下,从伦理学角度出发,将体育教育对人格发展的作用放在人的生存和发展的视野中加以研究,通过对构建现代人的信念伦理、责任伦理和沟通伦理三方面的探讨,以期为和谐社会成员的人格发展提供育人思路。Personality can be classified into two categories in ethnics, the individual personality and general personality. Since the foundation of P.R.. of China, physical education has emphasized much more on the development of the general personality instead of the individual personality due to some political factors as well as some profound historical and economical factors in modem society. Through the ethnical points of view and in order to establish a harmonious society, this paper made a research about the effects of physical education on the development of personality by combining it with the existence and development of human beings. And it is designed to provide us with effective ways to develop the personality of the members in the harmonious society through the discussion about building up the ethnics of belief, responsibility and communication.
