摘　　要：在复合绝缘工艺的基础上,对高压电机定子线圈的制造工艺进行了改进,提出了一种新的电机定子线圈的制造工艺———真空压力浸漆工艺,该方法具有占用空间少、环境好、材料工时浪费少、效率高、质量可靠等优点.The stator winding of electrical machinery of high voltage contains two coils sides, the full circle a gum do not proceed after turning the outside pack insulates the turns to handle difference into two stator trough inside to proceed together with the core the vacuum pressure immerses the paint, occupying the space little, the environment is good, the material man- hour is was^ed little, the efficiency is high, the quantity is dependable.
