摘　　要：合成了荧光试剂香草醛缩氨基硫脲,研究了该试剂与汞荧光反应的最佳条件.在λex/em=365/450nm处,测定汞的线性范围为0～45μg/L,检测限为0.0056μg/L,是目前荧光法测定汞的最灵敏的方法之一.该方法成功地用于污水和污泥中痕量汞的测定.For the synthetic of 3 - methoxy- 4hydroxybenzaldene- hydrazine- carbothioa mide, in which this reagent and mercury optimum condition is ztudied, in which fluorescence reacts. In ;λex/em= 365/450nm place , the linear range which determines the mercury is 0- 45μg/L,mea- sured limit is 0.005 6μg/L, is one of the most sensitive methods of determining the mercury of the fluorescence law at present. This method succeeds in being used in the survey of the trace mercury in sewage and mud
