摘　　要：通过对第17届世界杯裁判员对点球判罚的统计,对点球判罚规律及产生错判、漏判的主要原因进行分析。采用统计、观察的方法对点球判罚情况进行研究。对点球判罚的犯规类型、犯规区域特点进行总结。对裁判员的判罚规律及错、漏判原因进行分析。裁判员应通过提高跑动能力、识别动作能力、加强团队配合来减少错、漏判。This paper gave a numerical statement about the penalty kick sanctions in FIFA 17th World Cup and analyzed the rules and main reasons of mistaken sanctions and missed sanctions. Using statistical method and video observable method to count the cases of mistaken and missed sanctions. Gave statistic about foul types, foul area and simulations in penalty area, analyzed the reasons of mistaken and missed sanctions.The referee should improve the moving ability, improve the identification maneuver ability and should strengthen the team to coordinate for reducing mistaken and missed sanctions.
