摘 要:天东90井为沙坪场气田石炭系气藏的一口开发井,仅生产17天就开始产地层水,且水量上升迅猛,多次采取压产控水措施,但效果不明显。后因产水量大、气田水处理困难且影响到沙坪场气田脱水装置的正常运行而关井。气井出水后,曾先后采取堵水采气,以及连续油管和环空注液氮气举、解堵酸化和车载气举等排水采气工艺措施,均未复活该井。针对该井的出水特征及储渗类型,分析了气井产地层水的原因,并就历次排水采气效果进行了深入的剖析,提出实施连续气举工艺的必要性和可行性。Tiandong Well 90 is a development well of Carboniferous gas reservoirs in Shapingchang gas field. It began to produce water after 17 days when it was put into production. Its water production increased rapidly. The measures to reduce production for water control were taken many times, but the results were not ideal. It had to be shut down because the water production was too big to be processed, which influenced the normal operation of the dehydration plant in Shapingchang gas field. Since it produced water, the technology of gas recovery by water plugging was used and the measures of Gas recovery by water drainage such as gas lift with coiled tubing or by injecting liquid nitrogen into the annulus, acidizing for broken down and truck-mounted gas lift etc. were taken early or late. But the well didnt relive. According to the water-producing features and the reservoir type, the reasons for the well to produce water are analyzed. With deep study on the historic results of the measures of Gas recovery by water drainage , the necessity and feasibility are explained to perform the technique of continuous gas-lift.
