摘　　要：目的探讨印片细胞学在临床应用的意义。方法新鲜病变细胞印沾在载玻片上,固定,常规HE染色,细胞学诊断,病理切片诊断对照。结果细胞学和病理切片诊断比较,良、恶性相符合。结论设备简单,诊断时间短,明确良、恶性的诊断,适应基层单位。Objective To probe into the significance of printed cytology in the clinical practice. Methods Cell of fresh pathological tissues are stained on pieces of glass, and then compare cytology diagnosis with pathology slices diagnosis. Results There is no difference between benign and malignant pathological changes by comparing printed cytology diagnosis and pathology slices diagnosis. Conclusion The experiment needs simple facility, less time and diagnosis benign or malignant tumor clearly, which is suited to basic hospitals.
