益妇宁软胶囊的药效学观察

摘　　要：目的:进行益妇宁软胶囊的药效学观察。方法:测定小鼠10min内活动次数和戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量的入眠时间,测定东莨菪碱致记忆功能障碍小鼠的错误次数和潜伏期,测定小鼠耐缺氧时间及脏器指数。结果:益妇宁软胶囊有改善小鼠记忆力,提高小鼠耐缺氧能力,增加脏器指数及催眠的作用。结论:益妇宁软胶囊有滋补强壮,改善更年期综合征的某些症状的作用。Make observation to the pharmacodynamics of Yifuning Soft Capsule. Method. Test the rats actions within lOmin and the sleeping time under pentobarbital sodium,measure the wrong times and potential period of rats with dysmnsia induced by scopolamine, test rats＇ hypoxiatime and organ index. Result. Yifuning Soft Capsule has the functions of improving rats memory,increase rats hypoxia tolerance,raise organ index and hypnotism. Conclusion, Yifuning Soft Capsule can nourish and build up the body,as well as relief some symptoms of menopausal syndrome.
