摘  要:目的探讨高护女生的心理健康水平及人格、防御方式对其心理健康的影响。方法采用整群抽样法抽取潍坊医学院护理系女生272名,对她们实施症状自评量表(SCL-90)、卡特尔16种人格测验(16PF)、防御方式量表(DSQ)测量。结果高护女生的心理健康水平偏低。对高护女生的心理健康水平与人格、防御方式的关系在0.10水平上进行逐步回归分析,结果不成熟防御方式、忧虑性、稳定性、紧张性、敏感性、独立性、幻想性7个因子依次进入回归方程;再以不成熟防御方式为因变量,人格的16个因子为自变量,对诸因素之间的关系在0.05水平上进行逐步回归分析,结果紧张性、怀疑性、稳定性、世故性、聪慧性、有恒性、实验性、乐群性8个因子进入回归方程。结论过多的不成熟防御机制的采用是导致高护女生心理健康水平偏低的一个直接原因;研究中揭示的高护女生存在的某些人格缺陷是造成她们心理健康水平偏低的一个根本原因。Objective To stady the mental health level of nurse college students and explore the relationships among mental health with personality, defense style. Methods 272 nurse colege students were selected and were administered SCL-90, 16PF, DSQ. Results The scores of 8 SCL-90 symptom elements of nurse college students were significantly higher than the general norm. We use mental health “zjf” as dependent variable and 4 defense style traits, 16 personality traits as independent variable, the stepwise regression analysis(α=0. 10) showed that immature defense style and 6 personality traits “O, C, Q4, I, Q2, M” entered the regression equation. We use immature defense style as dependent variable, 16 personality traits as independent variable, the stepwise regression analysis (a: 0.05) showed that 8 personality traits “Q4, L,C, N, B,G, Q1, A” entered the regression equation. Conclusion Employing immature defense style is a direct cause that lead to the lower mental health level of nurse college students; the personality deficits that the research revealed are the fundamental causes that lead to their lower mental health level.
