大连地区丽蝇生长发育与死亡时间的相关研究

摘　　要：在开放的实验室内,观察勒死家兔尸体上丽蝇的产卵时间、蛆虫生长规律、化蛹时间、羽化时间,同时收集气候因素数据,进行分析.发现气温在15～20 ℃时产卵时间为家兔死后48 h,卵孵化时间为3 h,化蛹时间为264 h,羽化时间为720 h;气温在20 ℃以上时产卵时间为家兔死后30 h,孵化时间为2 h,化蛹时间为216 h,羽化时间为456 h.大连地区家兔尸体上丽蝇生长发育不同的时间节点可用于推断死亡时间.This paper studies the growing of flies on bodies ot died rabbits after different postmortem intervals in Dalian. Times for making eggs＇ maggots pupating, emergencing were observed on a female body died of disease. The time when flies making eggs, maggots pupating, changing to chrysalis, and emergencing were 48,3,264 and 720 hs respectively in 15-20℃ after death, while 30,2,216 and 456 hs respectively in 20℃. This study may be used in PMI estimation.
