摘  要:采用超临界CO2流体技术萃取复叶槭枝条挥发物,对萃取材料和萃取条件进行优化,并用热脱附/气相色谱-质谱(TCT/GC-Ms)技术分析鉴定萃取所得的挥发性组分,结果显示,萃取剪断的材料所获得的挥发物的相对强度比未剪断的多;最佳的萃取温度和压力分别为35℃和20MPa。当萃取时间为15~60min时,醇、醛、酯、萜烯等类化合物均可获得较高的萃取效率,但其峰值出现的时间各不相同。The volatiles from the twigs of Acer negundo were extrated by the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction (SFE CO2) technique and were then absorbed and identified by TCT/GC - MS. The results showed that the contents of the volatiles extracted from the cutting materials were higher than those from the uncutting ones. The optimum pressure and temperature for extracting volatiles efficiently were 20 MPa and 35 ℃, respectively.
