摘 要:利用粒子群优化算法解决优化问题的基本思想,提出了一种新的粒子群算法,进而设计了两种使用NDPSO和多阶段检测器(MSD)相结合的混合方法进行CDMA通信系统的多用户检测.一种方法是使用NDPSO作为MSD的初始阶段给后面阶段的MSD提供一个好的初始值;男一种方法是把MSD嵌入到NDPSO 的每一代中.通过混合MSD到NDPSO中,可以加快NDPSO的收敛速度,减少计算复杂度.另外,NDPSO所提供的好的初值可以改善MSD的性能,嵌入的MSD还改善了NDPSO的性能.仿真结果表明,多用户检测方法与传统检测器和已有的DPSO多用户检测方法相比,在误码率、抗远近能力方面都有显著提高.According to the basic thinking of a particle swarm optimization algorithm to deal with the combinational problem,We proposed a novel particle swarm optimization algorithm (NDPSO). then we designed two hybrid approaches that employ a NDPSO and a multistage detector for the multiuser detection in code-division multiple-access communications system. One of methods is that the NDPSO is used as the first stage of the MSD to provide a good initial point for successive stages of the MSD, the other is that MSD is embedded into the NDPSO at each generation. Such a hybridization of the NDPSO with the MSD reduces its computational complexity by providing faster convergence. In addition,a better initial data estimate supplied by the NDPSO improves the performance of the MSD, and the embedded MSD improves the performance of the NDPSO. Simulation results show that the prososed approaches of muhiuser detection has significant performance improvements over the conventional detector and the detectors based on the previous DPSO algorithm in bit-error-rate and near-far resistance.
