摘　　要：①目的探讨建立快速药物敏感试验方法。②方法测定细菌生长不同时间培养基中蛋白质含量,并进行比较,根据蛋白质含量变化确定细菌对药物的敏感性。③结果细菌生长6小时后培养基中蛋白质含量变化差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。④结论测定培养基中蛋白质含量变化可以作为一种判断药敏结果的新方法。Objective To setup a rapid sencitive method of antibiotic test. Method Following the determination and comparison of the concentrations of the protein in the medium of inoculated bacterium at different periods, the susceptibility of bacterium against antibiotic was determined based on the variation of protein concentrations. Result The protein concentration in the medium of inoculated bacterium was reduce drastically after 6 hours （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The variation of protein concentrations in the medium may serve as a criterion for determining the susceptibility of bacterium against antibiotic.
