摘　　要：本文从分析城市火灾多发因素出发,阐述了构建城市消防预警信息系统的重要性,并从城市消防预警信息系统总体规划、系统网络构建、系统数据库建设以及系统管理机制四个方面提出了构建城市消防预警信息系统的思路和步骤。Based on the analyzing the reasons of urban fires, the paper expounded the importance to build urban fire protection pre-warning system, According to the method of system scheme layout, network structure, database and system management, some suggestions and approaches about urban fire protection pre-waming system are given,
