摘 要:用相对分子质量为1万的壳寡糖合成了两种不同结构的酰化壳寡糖(N,O十二酰化壳寡糖和O十二酰化壳寡糖),取代度分别为3.30和1.53。对它们的脂溶性、热行为和结晶行为进行了研究。实验结果表明酰化壳寡糖具有较好的脂溶性和热稳定性,加热到200℃前基本保持恒重。N,O十二酰化壳寡糖具有晶体结构,其DSC热分析曲线在66℃有一吸热峰。N,O-lauroyl oligochitosan and O-lauroyl oligochitosan were synthesized, in which the degree of substitution of acylation were 3.30 and 1.53 respectively, and the molecular weight of oligochitosan was 10000. The thermal properties and crystalline state were studied with DSC- TG and XRD. The experimental results showed that the products were stable under 200℃ and N,O- lauroyl oligochitosan was a kind of crystalline material with its melting point of 66℃. These two products had much better dissolvability in organic solvents than oligochitosan.
